We’re not just about contests! Use our platform to put your REGULAR nights on the map and reach thousands of singers searching for places to sing.
SINGLE-NIGHT SHOWDOWNS
Run a fast-paced, high-energy competition all in one night. Singers sign up, perform, and get voted on live by the audience using their phones. You set the entry rules and Karaoke Arena handles the voting and scoring automatically. At the end of the night, a winner is crowned and the prize money is awarded. Perfect for bars, events, or anywhere you want to create an unforgettable one-night karaoke experience.
BRACKET TOURNAMENTS
Designed to stretch over multiple weeks. Singers go head-to-head in matchups, and winners move on to the next round. Karaoke Arena manages the bracket automatically, tracks who’s advancing, and shows progress in real time. You can run weekly heats at your venue, build anticipation, and create real “fan favorite” moments. It’s a great way to build a regular crowd and keep them coming back.
FREE-PLAY SHOWCASES
This is your “just for fun” format—with a twist. Everyone can still vote, cheer, and support their favorite performers, but there’s no prize money or official champion. You’re not managing a bracket or tracking winners—it’s all about the vibes. Karaoke Arena still lets you spotlight top performances, display live rankings for fun, and keep things interactive without the pressure.
FUN OR GLORY NIGHTS
This format blends both worlds—singers can opt in to compete, or just perform for fun. You create one list of performers, and mark which ones are competing. Competitive singers get scored, while the rest just sing and enjoy the spotlight. It keeps the vibe fun and inclusive while giving a competitive edge to those who want it. You can still do voting and prizes, but it doesn’t dominate the whole night.

We were asked by a venue to host a karaoke competition. Rather than let ‘Bozo behind the bar’ pick his friend as the winner, we wanted to create a platform where people attending the gig could vote for their favorites.
We took a look out there and didn’t find something that truly met our needs. Karaoke Arena was born!
Right now, this is a free platform. We want to get traction within the KJ community.
Future plans are to monetize the site via a % model from any competitions where we handle payments via Paypal or similar. (A contestant pays to enter the competition; we would take a percentage of all entry fees and the remaining percentage is paid out to the winner)
Future plans may include a subscription model for newly registering KJ’s but existing KJ’s would be exempt from this.
Besides your regular equipment, you don’t need anything special. We will provide you with your own personal page with a link to voting as well as QR codes that can be included in your own graphics that you display on screen, in social posts or printed out.
Once your competitors are registered, their details will appear on your personal voting page. Votes will be limited automatically to one per person per event. Your guests scan a QR code, arrive at your voting page and choose who has dazzled them the most.
You just need to sign up. Once you are approved, you will receive access to your personalized URL, get a personalized media kit and have access to the KJ Admin page.
